  we are S&S BEST AUTO SALES and we are extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Umpqua Bank. We have been trying to pay off our car loan and obtain the title for over 30 days now, and despite numerous attempts to contact the bank, we still have not received the necessary information. This delay is not only causing us stress and frustration, but it is also putting us at risk of facing fines and problems with the DMV. I would strongly advise to avoid dealing with Umpqua Bank at all costs. Their lack of communication and inability to provide timely and efficient service is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and go with a different bank that values their customers and respects their time.

  Umpqua bank has gone down the tubes since the merger. They've started charging a monthly fee for bill pay -- a monthly fee to use my own money. No other bank I can find imposes this fee. Worse, the employees I talked to about the new charge on my account had no idea about the policy, so it took almost an hour to get an answer. I've closed my account.

  I've come in to this branch a few times, and every single time, I've been impressed with the service I receive here. Cindy has always helped me and always seems genuinely willing to go above and beyond to solve any problems i might be having.

  I don’t often visit in person, so I was delighted to be so warmly welcomed into the bank. The manager of another branch met me here at my home branch to complete some documents so it would be more convenient for me. Nice touch!!
