- GGgina groverAug 17, 20251.0I have banked with this bank for 30 years now. I did not know what has happened the last 2 years but the service has been horrible. I tried to get an appointment for my grandson to open an account. They said they were going to call back in 2 days and then I needed to take my mom to the bank. They wanted to make an appointment with her. They would not call us back. That was on Wednesday. It is now Sunday. Your service sucks.
