  I have banked with this bank for 30 years now. I did not know what has happened the last 2 years but the service has been horrible. I tried to get an appointment for my grandson to open an account. They said they were going to call back in 2 days and then I needed to take my mom to the bank. They wanted to make an appointment with her. They would not call us back. That was on Wednesday. It is now Sunday. Your service sucks.

  Have had Wells Fargo for 3 years as a bank as it's who my employer uses so I use this account to cash checks and take the cash and put it in my other accounts I also have a credit card they refuse to raise the limit with over 300 on time payments per credit karma across all my accounts and my limit is still a thousand with good credit. Of a 690 in all 3 reporting agencies saying my account balance in checking is low yes it is because I don't use that account but for a few bills I well be dumping Wells Fargo all together as I feel this is not the way to look for approvals if my account at just that bank does not have thousands in it good by Wells Fargo me and my family of 5 well be going fully to chase

  Do not go here on the weekend. Severely understaffed, they take care of drive thru and merchants but ignore the extremely long line inside. Horrible service. AVOID this branch.
