When she asked why she could not just swiper her Key Bank card his answer was "Each branch does it different" We've been Key Bank customers for as long as I can remember and the branches in Marysville and the one in Arlington have had the worst customer experience I've had in years. We moved to the area this past year and I'm disappointed. Our Monroe branch always took good care of us and knew who we were as customers.

I had issues with my online banking app, and they took the time to figure it out, and got it working before I left. The management is knowledgeable and professional. The staff remembers us when we walk in which is important because it makes customers feel more comfortable and that they matter. Thank you Marysville branch
- JJJesseNov 20, 20171.0Came in to open a new business account. The tellers and other employees where not busy, and the teller asked me to take a seat and wait for a few, so I did (as expected). After several minutes someone else joined me to wait. After a few more minutes someone came and helped the gentleman waiting with me. After 25 minutes of waiting and not being assisted or talked to I got up and left.
