- GRGlenn RiveraOct 16, 20255.0OK, I’ll start by saying I’m not a member of this particular branch. I did come into this branch to make a withdrawal and didn’t bring my KeyBank card. It was a spur of the moment decision after taking my fiancé out to lunch. Eileen I think is her name helped me today make a withdraw from my checking account super friendly and personable and made the experience seamless. I normally have to take money out once a month for my account and found myself saying on the way out. I should come back here next month to make my withdrawal instead of where I usually take money out at a different branch.
