He was professional, friendly, and warm. I've interacted with other staff as well, and I get the same experience. I'm really happy--it was a great decision to bank with Umpqua!
- DTDebbie TvedtApr 4, 20183.0I have banked with Columbia Bank for just over a year and it seems that "CASH" is treated exactly like a check. If you put in 14 One hundred dollar bills and go to use it the next day, it is on hold. The first time this happened I personally knew my branch manager and all the employees, they realized the mistake that Cash is Cash and does not get put on a HOLD. They fixed the issue on the spot and refunded any fees associated with the mistake. THEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN.... and with all new YOUNG people in the branch they argueD that because it was deposited through an ATM (at the branch) and although it was counted in the morning and I could see the deposit slip online, it would not be collected funds until the next business day. IT IS COLD HARD CASH FOR PETE'S SAKE!!! NO HOLD ON CASH DEPOSITS!!!
