- TRTristan RiddellOct 29, 20251.0I went yesterday at 4pm, there was a large shopping cart full of bags of trash in front of the door. I entered and there was fully a deranged, dirty, obviously tweaking, homeless drug addict just hanging out in the lobby charging his phone, surrounded by bags of trash. Nobody who worked there seemed to care in the slightest and were in fact accommodating his little requests. I felt extremely uncomfortable withdrawing large bills within earshot of this person. Anyone exercising even the smallest amount of common sense would immediately understand how allowing this person to squat in the lobby OF A BANK is actively putting its patrons in danger. This is insane behavior. This is supposed to be a nice bank, not a homeless shelter. I mean it is difficult for me to even articulate how insane it is that the bankers at this branch did not see this as an emergency that required immediate intervention. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that I would consider switching banks entirely if this becomes a common occurrence. I am appalled
