Even though I don't speak English, a translator was provided who made it possible to understand every detail of the account, as Spencer did an excellent job.

After making an appointment on line at the Mukiteo branch to meet with a banker at Alderwood, we waited 4 days to meet only to be turned down by banker LEA because we apparently were not on her list. She had absolutely NO customers but still refused to help my mother (who is 98 by the way and took all her strength to come out in the first place) and walked away from me. Literally turned her back on me and ignored me. If this is the type of people that Wells Fargo employ, I will gladly withdraw all of our funds and my mothers too and bank with another institution. This has been a fiasco.
