    Unusually suspicious when it came time to cash a check. They wanted verification from the check writer, but couldn’t reach him. Okay, no problem. I called the check writer, and had him call them back within a minute from his own phone to provide the info they needed to verify. Now, the manager suddenly needs more info which apparently the check writer and account holder couldn’t provide. That’s right, the account holder is on the phone saying “this check is valid, go ahead and cash it” and the bank manager still refused to cash the check. “Go ahead and deposit it at your own bank, but if it bounces you may be charged a fee”. Incredibly rude, unusual and a frustrating waste of time.

    No se si nombre pero el habla español, fui a esa localidad y el hombre se portó muy mal, muy déspota, muy racista, no le importa las necesidades de uno, no quiere ayudar, dado a eso tuve que cancelar mi cuenta con la cual dure 10 años, ya ibas a el ya no la tengo porque ya no quise aguantar ese trato que él da, espero alguien haga galgo al respecto y el pague por el mal servicio que da a las personas

    I had an appointment at this bank, it was awful. I made an appointment in advance and when I came to the bank I waited for the employee for 15 minutes. Out of the allotted hour, I was given 20 minutes, the bank employee is not competent in bank matters and cannot explain anything, the employee who opened the account for me said that he could not continue to work with me because he had a personal appointment. I needed to open a business account and a personal account, in the end I did not open any of them. Terrible bank, terrible employees, I do not advise working with this bank. I would give -5 stars for their work.
