- JGJacob GoetschiusJun 21, 20241.0Be careful. If someone commits fraud on your bank account you will be victimized twice by umpqua. They will not reverse the charges and willl go through the investigation process prior to putting money back into your account. This is the reason I will be returning to Seattle Credit Union who actually reverses the money stolen from you then does an investigation. Do yourself a favor and go to chase, Seattle credit union, anywhere who does not do this to you.

This bank’s app is pretty limited as it is and is missing modern features and functionality like a chat window. Please improve these things!

Was there with minutes to spare and they already had doors locked, wouldn’t help. Now restructuring closing documents and travel plans to come back. Internet said everett store was open, they’re not Bellevue branch is awesome x10 ⭐️ Lynnwood not so much,
