I called to check about the 12 Month CD rates which is already published in their website and the customer rep told me she need to get approval from her supervisor first, so she took my contact info. I have no clue to why a supervisor approval is required if it is already advertised in their website. She called me the next day saying it has been approved and I can come to branch. As a returning customer, I thought opening a CD account will be easy since I am already in their database. The customer rep asked me if I already have accounts with other banks. That question was enough reason for me to immediately leave and go to another bank. Is this really a bank? π

Some of the bank rules and practices are rather unique and restrictive compared to other banks. Website is not good.
