    I always appreciate going into the Lynden office. All the girls are so sweet and polite! This is exactly why I love small town banking.

    Seems that lately they are more worried about having a new name and logo than maintaining a reliable infrastructure. Web banking is slow and clunky and is often down (though they will never tell you that - they will just reject your credentials). Trying to get a live customer service person (excuse me - one of their "Client Care Directors") is more time consuming than trying to get Russel Wilson on the line.
