  I recently went in to get 2 rolls of quarters for laundry. The teller told me that I had to be a member of the bank to do that. I told him that 2 weeks ago I got quarters there. He said sorry he couldn't do it. I said I didn't understand because I was "giving cash for cash, money for money." He said sorry. As I left the bank a young woman in a cubicle on the opposite side of the bank said, " unless it's not". I didn't understand and asked "what?". She said " unless it's not real, fake". Really? Not sure why her involvement into the conversation was needed. It would have been nice if the teller had explained why they do that. Which is exactly what they did at my credit union (much further away than Key Bank 😒) when I asked about this practice. Now I understand and it had nothing to do with "fake" money!

  Great atmosphere, nice friendly staff, very knowledgeable & helpful, Key Bank answered all my questions & was very beneficial.

  Was promised $200 to open an account here, never got that. Then got charged $150 for being overdrawn $15 for one day. Closed my account and now I'm regretting my $200 mistake. Thanks key bank for caring, or even trying to help "sarcasm btw".

  I filled out their survey after I joined the branch and the next time I was in the Longview branch I noticed that they actually LISTENED and made some changes. They have this male teller that is the BEST. Not having enough free ATM'S is their only negative.

  I went in to cash a check. I wasn't a member. All other banks would not help me but Key Bank and their awesome employees did. They even got me set up with an account when all other banks wouldn't. Robin, who helped set up my account, presented the most stellar customer service i have ever seen. Thank you!
