- SBSteve BruceOct 7, 20251.0Disappointed with this branch.The branch is under-staffed. ATM screen located in bright sunlight where the screen is barely visible (if at all). Office manager apparently has a chip on her shoulder and the customer is always implied to be at fault. Tellers are busy either counting coins or doing other things, typical of our experience. We are going to take our business elsewhere, especially since the corporate conglomeration, which is a serious indictment of how the banking system operates. No accountability and no recourse for customers. Cannot recommend.

This bank just refuses to adapt to the times, and is getting eclipsed by other local credit unions like Fibre, and Red Canoe. I cant express how much I dread going to this bank once a month.
