- AMAndrew McknightNov 2, 20251.0F Wells Fargo. First checked my ATM withdraw limit and I was within that. Tried to withdraw at the ATM and cannot, due to fraud. Call the 1-800 number on the screen, answer these dumb questions, unblock the card, try again, still blocked. Then CS says I need to take a photo and submit my ID in order to use my debt card. Why have an ATM then, terrible customer service. Already need a pin and the card, how much more security do you need other than in person which defeats the use of an ATM. Ridiculous. Going to transfer my money else where.

She didn't have enough the basic knowledge to finish transaction which other bankers at different locations finished within 2 minutes. She showed her rude attitude to me and took her 30 minutes to get this done. Branch manager George didn't even reply to email contact or phone call regarding customers' concern. awful customer service
