F Wells Fargo. First checked my ATM withdraw limit and I was within that. Tried to withdraw at the ATM and cannot, due to fraud. Call the 1-800 number on the screen, answer these dumb questions, unblock the card, try again, still blocked. Then CS says I need to take a photo and submit my ID in order to use my debt card. Why have an ATM then, terrible customer service. Already need a pin and the card, how much more security do you need other than in person which defeats the use of an ATM. Ridiculous. Going to transfer my money else where.

Associate Juliana was so rude and unprofessional to fix their mistakes when opening my account. She didn't have enough the basic knowledge to finish transaction which other bankers at different locations finished within 2 minutes. She showed her rude attitude to me and took her 30 minutes to get this done.
Branch manager George didn't even reply to email contact or phone call regarding customers' concern.

Not surprised to see all the negative reviews. You simply cannot get ahold of an employee over the phone. The ATM took my debit card and then malfunctioned with the screen turning black, on a Sunday. Today I got a call that I missed, called back its some wells fargo employee with a local area code. I assume trying to tell me they have my card, or maybe to tell me they destroyed my card for safety purposes. Tbh who knows bc the person who called wont answer my calls now and no one at the location will answer the phone either. Don't want to drive 45 minutes here for nothing.

Go in just to get a temporary card and get told there's a wait and I only can see one teller tf the busiest time of year and day and you only have one teller that's rediculous and better yet no one else at the bank can help except for tellers stupid don't get me wrong the staff are amazing but the way the bank run things is off.
Not sure I want to stay with Wells anymore if this is the way they do things
