    I don't normally leave reviews, but after many years of going to this branch, I think that it is time that I do so. So, for going here all these years and observing the interactions of the personnel, I have seen that they treat each other like family and treat the customers in the same manner. They turn what could be a cold and clinical banking experience into a warm and friendly one. Highly recommended.

    I tried! To change a $50.00 dollar bill to tens. I was told by the female teller to " sit and wait for a banker," lazy, condescending. My only wish was a camera.

    We went to the branch today, March 1, 2025 to Get some retirement papers notarized. A young man named Mike said he could notarize. He looked at our papers and found every excuse you can think of of why he was not comfortable notarizing our papers ! He never asked for our ID. He just had a cannot do attitude! And refused to help us! If Mike is that incompetent in notarizing or having confidence in it, he should just say there’s no one here to do it before he looks at your papers! When we were leaving, I said, “I will do another branch review because every time I come here something always is wrong! That’s why I avoid steilacoom KeyBank branch!” Booooooo for Mike and the Steilacoom branch of Key Bank We immediately went to the Lakewood KeyBank branch and had no issues or problems whatsoever getting our papers notarized!

    After the other reviews I was kind of scared to go to this branch but I have to say the tellers were wonderful, and the branch manager was very vigilant about keeping people socially distant even though one of the customers was bound and determined to get in everyone's space, she'd just usher him back where he was supposed to be without being rude. I had a complex transaction (or so I thought) and the teller had me out of there in about 5 minutes. So yeah, I'd recommend this branch just as much as my downtown Auburn branch.
