    I used to think key bank was a good bank ... Then they start messing around with your money . taking 3 days to clear your checks ... For what !!! Thats fine ill be in tomorrow to close my account !! I dont recommend this bank to anyone!

    In recent times all banks have been doing questionable things and frankly ripping people off. I understand that, sadly, however Key Bank has got to be on the top of this list along side with Bank of America. I've banked with is branch for over 15 years and have finally realized that their poor customer service will never change. I don't have any compliant about the people working, because they have to do what they are taught to do. This bank and this branch have disappointed me, i'm not the one to write a review but I feel like you should know this before dealing with this bank. After 15 years of loyalty to them i'm very disappointed.
