- FFFreakAug 24, 20231.0Started an account with these guys in 2003. For the next ten years FC was an asset. After we retired in 2013, everything changed drastically. We always got the runaround from our advisor and he never implented any of the financial plans we discussed. FC transferred me to another advisor who never returned any of my calls/messages. Recently updated their online banking. I had to reset everything from payments to log in and for the first few days I was repeatedly locked out of my account. There was NOTHING wrong with their banking prior to that. Everything was functioning perfectly. So after we made the decision to close the acct we ran into another issue where one of the insurance companies didn't update the account they draw from ...which was my FC. There were insufficient funds and FC stuck me with a $25 fee. You would think they would have waived it off, but no. They demanded their fee. FCs services significantly decline after you transistion back to the civilian world.
