So we were told that we can do part there and then part on the phone. Long story short: they end up taking us without appointment, so we didn’t have to call back or come back again. Great customer service! Thank you to Christy and Quillow. (I work in customer service and know how important it is to leave good feedback, because when it’s bad people are always going and leaving bad reviews, but when it’s great no one remembers to do that, they just go happy leaving their lives)
