I have listened yo NUMEROUS of the associates say oh we selecte a box nothing will overdraft anymore.......just for it to keep doing it.....it wasn't like this 5 year ago....when we didnt have the money things declined and keot declining.........Regardless if the subscription is cancelled or not IT SHOULD NOT BE PASSED THROUGH WITH NO MONEY AVALABLE!!!!!!! Also not being able to close an account because its in the negative is bullshit......you charge off and close accounts ALL THE TIME!!!!!!! Yet when a customer wants their account closed because you keep making it go negative when she doesn't have the money in the acviunt to civer subscriptions.....all of a sudden the account can't be closed......predatory business practices at it's best......then there is Miguel the banker/manager who sat me down and gaslit me that its all my responsibility to cancel the sibscriptions........No smart one its 50/50.....ive been trying to get the subscriptions cancelled its your banks job when my account is empty to DECLINE TRANSACTIONS!!!!!!! All to keep charging those overdraft fees that are no longer controlled.....disgusting predatory business practices......I will never do business with this bank again.
