- DCdavid cross4 days ago1.0Bill pay is still not functioning They have a known issue with customers not being able to enroll. They have no update as to when this will be resolved. They suggest going to individual websites to pay bills. Not acceptable

- AKAdam KugelOct 16, 20253.0The merger was a mess and communication about the process from Peak was limited and mostly unhelpful. The online banking platform still has bugs to work out. However, Peak has some awesome people in their local branches that are working hard to help their members and save the CU reputation, which is really solid. So I have upgraded my one star to a three star and removed some of my harsh comments. I appreciate that you are trying as best as possible to get the issues from the transition resolved.
- IJIsabella JohnsonJun 22, 20251.0It’s an awesome feeling looking back, realizing you’ve made it and having the power to choose who you do business with, knowing that who you choose to do business with is going to benefit as a result. When I was a young college student living penny to penny, a friend crashed my car that was financed by twin star. Insurance paid most of it off but, gap didn’t come through for some reason. I ended up with a balance of $3,000 or so. Twinstar ended up sending it to collections. I eventually paid it off, in full, plus interest and a no insurance fee that I had received at one point during the loan. So, they profited 100% in addition to some extra funds. Instead of going into my credit report and marking it as paid off in full and removing negative information like all creditors and collection agencies can, they decided to let it sit and allow me suffer for the next seven years with poor credit. It haunted my credit for over half a decade. I am now a millionaire, own several businesses, 2 homes, cars, and barely lift a finger. I will never, ever, ever recommend Twinstar or do business with them again.

Nonsense policy and very well could have been a lie. Bad customer service if I do say so myself.
