- AKAdam KugelOct 16, 20253.0The merger was a mess and communication about the process from Peak was limited and mostly unhelpful. The online banking platform still has bugs to work out. However, Peak has some awesome people in their local branches that are working hard to help their members and save the CU reputation, which is really solid. So I have upgraded my one star to a three star and removed some of my harsh comments. I appreciate that you are trying as best as possible to get the issues from the transition resolved.
