- MWMarion WilsonDec 23, 20251.0Twin star credit union was going downhill. Changing the name to PEAK, just made it faster and the Mobile app worse. Was a customer for almost 10 years. Was told through drive-through I should apply for a line of credit since I didn’t have any with them. I applied and They denied me. Talk about embarrassing. That is not good. Customer service at all. that being said, I applied at WSECU with the exact same credit numbers and was approved almost immediately. WSECU is a phenomenal credit union. WSECU know how to take care of customers.
