    Unsure about there phone system I tried calling few times with no luck. The first time it rang until it reached voicemail. The automated system mentioned to try again moment later so I waited 7 min but it's not ringing at all straight to voicemail every time tried call again to try find out what I need to open an account. Tbh I'm a long time person who live in Laconner all my life. It's never busy parking lot seem more empty when pass the branch it's not closing time or lunch time unsure why no one is answering. I've tried few different times to call but after the first attempt all the rest of the attempts never rang straight to voicemail so must have forwarded all incoming calls. Many other banks who are known to be busy branches when their customers I know personally who have accounts with them anytime they call there branch they always get an answer no need to leave voicemails or keep trying over and over here they are busier branches that make it priority to answer all calls even during busy times I'm glad they do because it that shows the importance of providing services and can balance there work ethics answer calls never ignore incoming calls especially during busy times and help clients who go in the branch. Because all calls are important Maybe you lost a possible person who wanted to open an account that want to ask questions find out what proper documents they need to open so no ones time is wasted I think when bank can show these work ethics that it's a great branch to open an account. Update I finally got call back but just want leave review maybe can work on answering calls more because majority of time this branch never busy just a suggestion
