  Went on Tuesday 3/18/25. Bring in cash to pay my credit card and deposit to my business account . Only one teller was there. No one was waiting in line. I was the FIRST one, so she start process my payment. There was a guy walk in at the moment, seems like she know him because immediately she told to step aside or go to sit and wait while she will take care of this customer first. I was UNFAIRLY treat and have to wait another 15 minutes before this teller start to finish my account. Why this guy cannot wait, and I have to wait for him even if I was there first. Is it because I am a woman while the other customer is a guy? Or because I am Asian while he is a white guy? I was very disappointed and mad. I thought it was a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED at the taller line.

  Very bad customer experience! I had a call to this bank regarding a deposit box, banker didn't give me a call back as promised and when I was finally able to reach out to him - he said that the box was already rented ( within just 1 hour!!! afrer my call). We were affected with other branch closing and looks like this bank and this branch specifically are not interested in new clients at all! Would not recommend it to anybody!

  One of the worst Wells fargo branches I have been to. My GF got rejected a notary there because she’s a non-customer 3 months ago, when I told the branch manager (Maryam) I was a customer and a previous employee and that’s not true, she said “well we don’t do this type of document” and she dismissed us because it was 5:45 (15 min before close). The very next morning the great bankers at the Bellevue Wells Fargo branch were able to notrize it for me with a smile. Today I visit the branch again to roll over my IRA (From Wells to Wells) and first they said we dont have anyone available until 4, when I said I would like to make an appointment at 4, the Service manager (Ariel Council) said “well, unfortunately someone just called and made this appointment, you can use the 1-800 number to roll it over from home”. I insisted on making an appointment and completing my roll over in person, she said the only available time 5:30 which is 30 min before close and I don’t think it would be sufficient becuase the IRa department closes at 6:30, so they won’t be able to help. That’s an hour time to get a in-house 401k rolled over. For a bank that tries so hard on media to look like they are fixing things and want your trust, their employees refuse to help every time I walk into that Kirkland branch. I never recommend anyone to use this Branch, the two branches in Bellevue are further away but at least they are willing to help.
