- IGIan GegliaAug 12, 20201.0Went in to wire money for closing on a house. They were closed to walk ins. I explained it was time sensitive and to see if they could fit me in. The answer was no. The manager told me to try another branch but other branches didn't accept walk ins either. I know covid is going on but I can walk into a restaurant. Plus they let people come in for withdrawal. I see this as a staffing issue. They could easily have more than one banker and still have social distance. Find another bank that doesn't hold your money hostage

But gone are the hour long sales pitching that almost drove me away after a decade of banking here. I'm reviewing this location because it's always been one of the better ones, it's friendly and seldom are there lines out the door.

- EBEdward BallDec 1, 20155.0I use this branch for all my in person banking needs. Have a safe deposit box, just signed mortgage refinance with agent there, and opened kids savings accounts. Every time I have gone in everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful, and went out of the way to show my kids the vault and to do a formal sit down with a banker to make their first deposits. Great neighborhood branch.
