A simple task—opening the account and applying a promotion—took over a month to complete after several follow ups from my side. Even after that, it's been over three months and the promotion still hasn't been deposited. I’ve had to follow up repeatedly and was recently told by customer service that it could take another 30 days as they are researching the cause for delay. I’ve had to constantly monitor charges on my account and ask for corrections. Overall, it’s been an exhausting and frustrating experience dealing with this branch.
