If you go in they basically tell you to just call their phone numbers or use the website. About the only service they want from you is to sign up for new accounts or loans. Anything else they try and force you to do yourself. Which given I was just on hold for 2 hours with the Key support center before it hung up on me, isn't great either. Expect tons of automated menus and long waits if you choose this bank. The location might be great, some of the staff friendly but they seem powerless to do anything in Store any more.

Especially shout out to the banker Harleen, who is always helpful and go out of way to assist. Thank you again for providing superb and excellent customer service! They set an example and the bar for the banking industry!
