    The staffs are always nice and friendly and they greet you and acknowledge you the moment you walk in the door so you don't feel ignored. Especially shout out to the banker Harleen, who is always helpful and go out of way to assist. Thank you again for providing superb and excellent customer service! They set an example and the bar for the banking industry!

    The staff at this location are very friendly, however, the ATM's are archaic and it takes 3 days for a deposit to go into your account. The ATM's do not read the check or cash deposit as almost every other bank does. Additionally, the phone app deposit charges $0.50 per picture check deposit. Probably the worst part is depositing cash at the drive thru. They often don't turn on the camera. So, if you send a $1400 deposit through the tube, there is nothing to keep them from pocketing $400 and saying the deposit is only $1000. Their manner of banking is behind the times and I am choosing to change my account to Bank Of America with no fee picture check deposit, ATM deposits are scanned and automatically deposited, and there are BOA ATM machines all over the country. The only thing going for Key Bank is their staff are personable. That's not secure enough in today's age for banking security.
