- LLLeyaNov 26, 20251.0Extremely slow service. My husband and I share same account, I went in to change my card and after that nor mine or my husband’s pin were working. They couldn’t understand the issue.
- JEJawnee EllisOct 24, 20251.0They’ll give you an extra $1400 in your account when your check was only 1100 and you wanted 700 back in cash. I told the guy my check was for 1100. I wanted 700 back and he put 1800 in my account, I had to call them twice to get it fixed and when I demand for a supervisor, they will not let me speak to one so I’ll be going in today and closing my account. Do not use Columbia Bank. They are terrible.

I spent over an hour on two different lines trying to get a hold of customer service, once they answered, the woman on the other end says, "Thank you for holding but I am busy" Click! I never got charged a service fee of $3.00 when I had the account with Columbia, but here comes Umqua with fees and zero overdraft protection unless I pay a fee. I have played this game long enough with this horrible bank, I have taken my finances elsewhere.
