- JEJawnee EllisOct 24, 20251.0They’ll give you an extra $1400 in your account when your check was only 1100 and you wanted 700 back in cash. I told the guy my check was for 1100. I wanted 700 back and he put 1800 in my account, I had to call them twice to get it fixed and when I demand for a supervisor, they will not let me speak to one so I’ll be going in today and closing my account. Do not use Columbia Bank. They are terrible.
- RMRobert McReynoldsJun 27, 20251.0My work check bounced for the 3rd time in the past year, I had to come to the company bank "Umpqua Bank in Renton , WA" and they wanted a $5 cashing fee, I told them the company will pay it, they refused to cash it and told me to not come back. I admit I got mad, but this should not happen, my bank don't charge me a fee and their bank is too shady, it's not my fault I had to come to their bank. Warning: DO NOT USE THIS BANK EVER!
