- KHKane HDec 27, 20251.0I've been a loyal customer for decades. Yesterday I went in to my branch and deposited a large cashiers check. The bank gave me 400 as an available until it cleared the next day. I spent some money on some things later that night. I wake up the next morning to an overdrawn account, like thieves in the night, this bank decided to put a hold on a cashiers check deposit and reverse the 400... Even though I personally walked it in and put my pin in. Not only will they not reverse the hold, they're making me wait nearly two weeks for the funds. Doesn't matter that I called in to verify weeks prior to what the best way to deposit a large sum. I over spent on christmas and I have bills due on the 1st because I believed them when they said one day. They don't care for their customers, I was told tough, you just have to wait. They already have the money from the other institution because I was going to issue a stop payment on it and we were going to deposit it with cash instead because they're too ignorant to process a simple cashiers check. This is the worst banking option if you're looking for a bank. I'll be closing my accounts as soon as these crooks release the money they've already verified and withdrawn. I wish there was an option to give less than 1 star

I was a little worried after reading reviews before going, but Ms. Devin Maine, who handled our banking, was incredibly friendly and prompt in handling our banking needs, even providing us with updated information. While each customer may have different issues but we appreciate her assistance.
