Today I waited next in line about 15 to 20 minutes to make a deposit. By the demeanor and tone of the conversation Janine was what it looked like to be socializing with another customer the entire time. When she finally called me over she asked if I had one deposit. I let her know I had two separate deposits into the same account. She told me that I needed to fill out a deposit ticket. I let her know that this is something the other Banner Bank branches happily do for me. She completely ignored my comment, stared at me and reiterated that I would have to fill out the slip. At this point I was done with the service and asked for my cash back. I drove across the river and another branch didn’t think twice to help me fill out my deposit slip and made my deposit. It takes quite a bit for me to leave this kind of review. Due to this not being the first time I’m treated poorly at the Clearwater branch I figured this would be for the best.
