Brought in a mailer with $500 checking account bonus back in May 2025 to open, six months passed and I still have not received the promised bonus even after completing all requirements within the timeframe. The banker initially did not add the promo code, then when I brought this up with the branch manager Sherri, the back office proceeded to add the wrong promo code to my account, which made me ineligible to the bonus. It is still not resolved as of November 2025. Communication with this branch has been passive and abysmal, I kept following up with no results.
