- CCCarrieOct 13, 20251.0I called this branch for information about applying online for a loan. I wanted to know if you can add your cosigner on the online app or if I needed to come in. I was told it can be done. Guess what? It can't. I scheduled an appointment online for Saturday 10/11 to meet with a banker. My confirmation email said it would be Jessica Tipton. I called ahead Saturday morning because I had a question about income documents. Guess what? They don't do appointments on Saturdays - there's only tellers. I'm literally staring at a confirmation for an appointment that doesn't exist. I called 2 other branches, Eastgate and Factoria to see if I could get my original question answered. Nope, no one at either branch knew. I was told to call their 800 number. The lady's accent was so thick I could hardly understand her. I asked my question and she kept trying to pull up a loan I didn't have. After the third time of saying this I hung up. In the end I had spoken to 4 people and had a phantom appointment just to answer a yes or no question. Needless to say I'm closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.
