Never once did the Personal Banker acknowledge me and apologize for interrupting. I was wanting to schedule a financial wellness appointment for another time but being that it would most likely be with that Personal Banker I opted to leave. Accomplished nothing during the 30+ minutes I was there. It doesn’t feel good to not be seen and to be treated less than.
