The other day I got there just before they closed the teller who I normally work with laughed and said "ok no problem we will take care of you". Then the manager (Russian Lady) came over and said I needed to come back because they were about to close. She then went on to tell me how tedious it is for them to take prerolled quarters and it would be better for everyone if I used a coinstar machine. Great customer service here not willing to stay open 5 extra minutes for one of your members. A banker is telling me to give up 10% to coinstar because they dont want to spend the time? I originally chose Umpqua because they seemed to act as a smaller bank where they valued clients. This is not the case so I will be closing my account and going with a bigger bank where I can expect this service however I get the larger bank advantages.
