Honestly, I haven't had the time yet to visit the branch. However, I must say that I have spent MANY MANY hours on the phone with their customer support, and I will never waste my time again. Honestly, if I didn't need a walk-in bank to drop off cash, I would have dropped them the second they switched from Mountain West Bank... I can not stress enough how horrible the customer support was. *** ADDENDUM.*** To be very clear, this was intended to be directed at the Bank of WheatLand, Not Mountain West. The staff at the branch located in Ione have been wounderful and kind for more than 15 years that I have been a customer! (If I had gone in to this branch i most definitely would have had my issue handle as they solved the issue with my first account in 15 minutes.) It was the NEW phone staff at WheatLand that waisted more than 10 hours of my time. In this event I contacted the phone customer support for the new bank WheatLand. So what i meant to say is Now that it is WheatLand, I have no intentions on being there customer, it is there bank that disgusted and offended me, and this review will stand.

This bank rocks. Every time I have an issue they resolve it right away. The tellers are always nice and helpful. I highly recommend this bank to anyone who moves to this area.

Every time I’ve come in to the bank the girls always have huge smiles and warm greetings. When I first moved to town the gals here were so helpful and caring. I don’t come in everyday but when I do they recognize me and my daughter, always making me feel like part of the community.
