  I have realized that this is a small town type of bank. I have had different problems with this bank three times over the last 4 years. First off I had just opened my checking and savings account. It was opened less than 30 days so when I went to deposit a check for over $8000 I knew there would be about a ten day hold. I have retired from banking in California. The manager told me about the ten day hold. No problem. I take the paper and wait. To me this was a binding agreement. Then about 9 Days in I receive a letter from the same branch manager saying she wants to put a additional 30-day hold on this check the just came from California. WHAT? I knew that she legally could not do that so I contacted the American banking association and got information and I explained it to her that she cannot just cancel the contract. And that it was illegal for her to give me a 10-day hold and then decide at 9 days she wants to add an additional 30 days so I told her I was going to report them to the American banking association. She released my funds that day. Then I had a $600 check for a class action lawsuit I was a part of. I have several thousand dollars in n my checking and savings and had been with them nearly a year at that point. The branch manager again ( a different one) said my check was a fraud and she refused to deposit it saying it was for my protection. In case it came back. I got mad and was escorted out of the branch. I went to another branch and they put it in my account and the perfectly good check never came back. And then recently I was charged $76.90 too much from a local restaurant. The first the manager on the phone said that she couldn't help me. She said I would have to go directly to the restaurant and have them fix it. I did that and the owner of the restaurant returned my money. It was at that point I decided that the very large amount of money I am getting from inheritance will not go into this bank. I am changing Banks I have never seen anything run like this in my life it's a hillbilly operation. The ATM won't allow you to make deposits just withdrawals I have constant trouble with these people and I am just going to go with Chase or Bank of America for better service and for more modern technology. Mostly just for better service. I would not recommend this at all.

  My husband and I have just a basic checking acct and have never had an issue! Any issue we have that has come up the staff is friendly and prompt in fixing or helping correct. I would recommend this bank. I enjoy the staff, the app and website are super easy to navigate. Wonderful locations and I haven’t experienced any “hidden fees” or any foul business practices.
