Even being overwhelmed as the only bank in Granite, they manage so much and they still do it with a smile on their faces!! Whenever I go into this branch they greet me by name every time I walk through the door. all the tellers as well as the branch manager are so friendly not only with me but every person that walks in, no matter how busy they are. I work in customer service so I 100% understand the concept of customer service and they definitely put their customers first this is why I will continue to bank at this branch.
