  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Casey Nehr Casey Nehr was incredibly helpful during one of the most difficult times my family has faced. After my father suffered a life-threatening accident, I suddenly found myself responsible for managing his finances, and I honestly had no idea how to navigate the situation. Casey took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know and helped me understand exactly what information was required. She explained each step clearly, patiently, and with genuine care, which made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. What truly stood out was how Casey went above and beyond to put my fears at ease. Her professionalism combined with true hometown compassion meant the world to me during such a stressful and emotional time.   I was going to give 3 stars but the customer service is terrible. Charged a overdraft fee when there was no money in the account which caused it to be in the negatives. My husband went to pay it off and they closed his account without notice. No call, no email, nothing. Older blonde lady also has an attitude problem and got mouthy with my husband when he was concerned on no notice for his account being closed. Rolled her eyes, and gaslit us about "They should’ve called you." Yeah, maybe they should’ve but it doesn’t mean that they did. She also put us on hold to mess with a plug in fragrance holder. Unprofessional and definitely won’t be coming back here, and definitely won’t recommend to other locals who looking for a bank.
