- JTJason TOct 24, 20241.0Poor customer service at this location. I went in and there weren’t any tellers at all. Never seen that before at a bank. After waiting five minutes and still no tellers a couple people finally came out of a back room. I told them what I needed help with but they were more focused on doing something on a computer than helping me . I got a snarky response from Destiny I think her name is. It’s the same woman with reddish brown hair with glasses mentioned in another review.

The omission of a drive through window at this new location is lamentable and I find myself not going to this branch as much. Overall the layout of the new branch is stylish if not a little cramped, compared to the old location across the freeway.
