- BSBonnie SkeenDec 30, 20211.0I have held accounts at the First Citizen’s Bank in Gig Harbor for years and they have devolved in to a bank that is entirely apathetic to their customers. They close for lunch from 11:45 to 1:15 so that it impossible to do banking during lunch hours. They are not open on Saturday. Their ATM does not accommodate deposits. Finally, their bank manager needs a costumer service class. I would move my business if It wasn’t so difficult to changed direct deposits and automatic withdrawals. Seriously, do better.
