  If you have to have a new debit card printed here be sure to check it or have them check it before you leave, so that you don't end up in an embarrassing situation with a cart full of groceries and a card that doesn't work. However, whatever you do stay away from the lady in the desk on the right nearest the tellers. She might need a lesson in customer courtesy. And to think I drove 20 miles for all that.... If this happens again I'll choose the faceless snail mail option.

  World's worst bank! Your money, reputation, and mental health will be put at risk if you bank here. I've been a loyal client of Umpqua Bank for 15 years. Since their acquisition of Columbia Bank in 2024 they have gone down hill, fast. First by being woefully understaffed at this particular branch, and more broadly in their treasury management and fraud department. I've never witnessed and institution go from so good to so dangerously bad in such a short period of time. Avoid at all costs!

  Banked with Columbia for years with zero issues. If I wanted poor service I’d open an acct with B of A or Wells. We will be closing our accts with Umpqua and moving back to a small loca bank or using our credit union. 20 minutes on hold now every time I call, 15 dollar incoming wire transfer…..that’s why Umpqua and you have my name and location if you really wanted to fix it you’d reach out. I’m not interested in spending 20 minutes on hold to tell you I’m not interested in spending 20 minutes on hold! RIP Columbia bank you are missed!
