Since the Columbia/Umpqua acquisition, there’s been a sharp decline in the quality of management and tellers. If you’re thinking of opening an account, don’t!

- BGB'sspot GrillSep 10, 20251.0If you have to have a new debit card printed here be sure to check it or have them check it before you leave, so that you don't end up in an embarrassing situation with a cart full of groceries and a card that doesn't work. However, whatever you do stay away from the lady in the desk on the right nearest the tellers. She might need a lesson in customer courtesy. And to think I drove 20 miles for all that.... If this happens again I'll choose the faceless snail mail option.
- JNJonas NicholsonJul 17, 20251.0World's worst bank! Your money, reputation, and mental health will be put at risk if you bank here. I've been a loyal client of Umpqua Bank for 15 years. Since their acquisition of Columbia Bank in 2024 they have gone down hill, fast. First by being woefully understaffed at this particular branch, and more broadly in their treasury management and fraud department. I've never witnessed and institution go from so good to so dangerously bad in such a short period of time. Avoid at all costs!
