Do not open an account here if you are working class.
I recently opened an account here and began the process of moving everything over, including the direct deposit with my employer. My employer which is a large, local healthcare company had to issue me a paper check for one pay period.
I deposited my check and there was an arbitrary 13 day hold put on it. The customer service couldn't tell me why they would do that extremely long amount of time. They also didn't care that my mortgage payment was supposed to be going through.
The bank wouldn't do anything to help me and shamed me for needing my paycheck to pay my mortgage.
If you're not wealthy, this bank is not for you.

We recently moved to the area and need to set up a account. We called to see what tye process for that would be and were told the lobby is closed so come through the drive through and they will let you in and review account options. When I arrived the person at the drive through acted annoyed that I would even ask and told me to go home and fill out a application on line.... if I was approved for a account they would contact me.... I owned a multi million dollar business in another state and am bringing a considerable amount to the bank I choose, This bank is not it. I made a appointment with another bank and am setting up multiple accounts this afternoon. I would prefer to give my business to a smaller more local bank, however after this experience I am doubtful they are capable of handling my needs.

Went in on my lunch break to exchange ten dollars in quarters for a ten dollar bill. They wouldn't do it! Looked at me like I was crazy. Not busy at all, in fact three other people were just standing around doing nothing. I was told I needed an account to do this transaction. Really? I thought you were a bank. Minus one for customer service.
