The branch location is very well organized and the team is very knowledgeable about accounts a person wants to consider for their money and investments. - LLLou LouAug 28, 20251.0i guess no-one has most worse experience like i had. about couple of years ago my business account hacked for $76,500. Umpqua Bank did NOTHING for me. Bank could follow and find who did this but they never did and let some one took my $76,500. that easy. I even opened police case number but the bank was responsible to find out. At the time Miss YONG ANDERSON was vice president of that branch in Tacoma, WA and she did nothing to protect me as a honest long time customer. she just said oh i'm sorry. Hope she loose that much money one day.

She was able to get two main transfers done within a couple of minutes and I was out of the bank within 5 minutes on Saturday. I really needed to make some transfers for these business checking accounts and this branch is open one hour longer than most branches on Saturday. Thank you for letting me sneak in on a weekend for some speedy banking!!
