  My boyfriend wanted to make a new checking and savings account to help manage his finances. We arrived around late morning to stand in line and all of the employees were busy. Once an employee in the room was finished, she came to greet us and checked us what the purpose of our visit was. We let her know and she said she could get us scheduled in for a little later as they had some staff members show up. We got some lunch nearby and stopped by again and we were helped by another employee. Connor was very personable and ensured that all questions or concerns were addressed as we brought them up. Additionally, I didn't know how to use their coffee machine and he kindly made me a cup of hot chocolate as the hot chocolate packet was out too. Connor then gets right to work as he helped my boyfriend make his account and made sure to give any cautions or tips for his account. Once my boyfriend had no question, I had a question as I fell for a scam years ago and WSECU placed restrictions on my account and I was told that I just had to make sure I had no issues on my account for some time. I decided to ask if I was okay to have those restrictions lifted off as I haven't any issues with my accounts. Connor immediately started a phone call and was kind with the employee on the phone who lifted off the restrictions. I'm so glad to have WSECU as my main bank and my boyfriend seems content with banking them so far as well.

  Approved my loans the had me step Into a branch only to switch the decision when they seen I was a different race than they thought . I have a good credit , great income , all my valid proof of documentation and how other would we go from 3 loan approvals to now no approval at all not even a membership approval. This so disappointing and I’m very disgusted with how I been treated . $609 flight $80 uber ride in the rain to go from approved to not approved who ever is in underwriting or overturned the decision don’t seem to care about urban people or something because why the switch up

  I just moved here from AZ 2 months ago. Every time I have tried to use it his bank to deposit, it’s been an issue. This last time I was forced to use their “identification” process on my phone, but because I don’t look like my ID that was taken 20 years ago before all the truma started, I wasn’t able to DEPOSIT CASH into my account. I had the card, ID AND banking app open on my phone. So I’m going to find another bank before I’m ready to do so, and it will NOT be WSECU, I can assure u of that
