- OSOlga S.4 days ago1.0Federal Way Wells Fargo on 348th. Couldn't deposit the checks through ATM-it kept spitting them out, but today I was unable to go in directly. Called the manager to see if anything is wrong with ATMs and told her about the problem, and I tried with both ATMs at this location. She suggested for me to go to other branch on 320th. She wasn't joking. Honestly the service gone so downhill in past several years that we seriously consider moving the rest of our banking to Chase, which my husband is huge fan of. After today's experience I feel I am almost ready. Which makes me sad, because I used to like this bank a lot and its convenient location.
