My kids were with me and the lady proceeded to ask my son his name, ask my daughter her name, ask my daughter her mother’s and grandmother’s name, ask why I needed to take out the money, etc. It sounds like she’s gathering information to file a report of some kind. That’s the last time I’ll ever go there and if that’s Wells Fargo’s policy to shake down their customers for information I will gladly pull all my money out of my accounts and put it somewhere else.
