- ADAaron Duncan6 days ago5.0Every time I go there they are so nice and welcoming Last time Ivy help me so much and sometimes I forget my glasses and can't see that good and she explain things clear to me about questions I have about my account and finance and possibilities at qualstar and sometimes you have to explain it to me twice and she was very patient and nice about it and I appreciate that just some of the reasons why qualstar in Federal Way is always a nice visit
