And clear, And after was in my account they block my account, They need a verification of my documents, so they keep my money, GHANIA. Is the one the open my account. And now they keep my money. I try to closed the account and they tell me they can even closed. Until I send a letter from the social security and bs more. I tell the branch in longview wa, who I can talk to this matter above the federalway manager. And they tell me. Not one.

I got an email back for another review.I left with no available way to respond.Saying that they consider tuesday the next available business day... In a world with instant Transfers, that happen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and U.S mail is also delivered on sundays, There's no reason why Monday wouldn't be considered.The next business day at a major bank.... I guess mondays we don't do business at key bank lol Just the worst, Which is why I barely use the key bank account.
