Ive been trying to reconcile some inconsistencies and have corrections made to incorrect reporting of vehicle and credit card payments. - STSweetScotty TJul 17, 20251.0They shut down their businesses department a couple years ago and outsourced many of their duties overseas to an unacceptably slow and incompetent company. they cant do simple tasks themselves so everything takes twice as long. They failed to notify me when they forced place auto insurance i already had. that was 9k added to my vehicle loan and doubled my payment without telling me. then they deducted from my checking account to cover the payment. it took them about 3 weeks to help me. They are not a community business any more.
