My employer, a local family owned business, had an issue with a payroll company which led employees to be issued physical checks instead of direct deposits. I only have an online bank, so I can't really deposit checks. The branch manager and a new employee (I feel awful for not catching their names) were incredibly helpful and generous in helping me cash my checks. They really saved me from a tight spot in regards to my bills and other important expenses. I feel as though I cannot thank them enough! They were willing to work with me to get my money as quickly and professionally as possible. Thank you a million times over!
