  100% genuine customer service and support at the Everett ave. Location. My experiences here are all wonderful i encourage anyone looking for a place to bank this is the place for fast friendly and professional service. Im very happy i opened my personal accounts with Colombia / formerly Umpqua bank!

  Laurie Loth - Umpqua Bank Home Lending I unfortunately used Lori to secure a loan for our condo and later started the process for a house loan. The first time buying a condo, we didn't know what we were doing, and Lori was not helpful. Whenever we had questions, she responded with an almost annoyed tone, implying that we shouldn’t question her and just believe what she said. The second experience was even worse. We eventually pulled out of the house deal for other reasons, but afterward, I began receiving 2 to 6 calls from other companies trying to refinance. When I asked why they were calling, each one said, "the person who pulled your credit report used your phone number." They advised me to contact Lori to remove it. When I called Lori to explain the issue, she assured me it couldn’t be her fault. I said that was fine, but she then asked if we were "OK." I explained that the entire process had left a very sour taste in my mouth, and given my good credit, I would not need a broker going forward. Instead, I would save the $10k in fees by using a local credit union. Lori immediately became hostile, speaking over me and defending her work, insisting she had helped us significantly and reacting angrily to my decision. To anyone reading this, if you need a broker or a "Loan Specialist," do your research. Don’t just accept whoever your realtor suggests. Find someone who truly cares about you and will take the time to explain all aspects without getting annoyed. Above all, avoid Lori unless you like having someone you are paying treat you as if you're wasting their time.

  Opened a business account at this branch today. Branch manager welcomed me as did the assistant manager. Business banker was knowledgable and friendly. Very pleased with the overall service and ease of opening this account. Thank you. Might need to transfer my other accounts here!
